• Establishing reasonable prices for transactions with related parties, including analyzing costs and margins.
• Examining the supply chain to identify risks and opportunities in Transfer Pricing policies.
• Examining inter-company agreements to ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations.
• Comparing royalties to determine fair payment for the use of intellectual property rights.
• Managing cross-charge documentation, including analyzing benefits and fair methodology.

Providing assistance with the appointment and resignation of directors and commissioners, relations with notaries, corporate secretarial procedures, board meeting decisions, office addresses and registered office, capital increases or reductions, and meeting regulatory filing requirements.
Payroll
• Payroll Implementation
Employee payroll services, as well as company and employee BPJS membership registration.
• Payroll Calculation
Collection of income data and salary deductions, timesheets, and monthly payslips subject to tax withholding, as well as calculating income and deductions, employee income tax, and BPJS contributions.
